My plan was to go to Frankie and Bennys in my local area for my birthday, meeting with a girlfriend and 2 children. Virgin trains robbed me!

I bought tickets from the site and elected to pick them up from Waterloo station. Only half the tickets came out of the machine. Virgin are refusing to let me board the train I paid to travel on, and refusing to refund for the original journey. I called CandyCakes on Monday 30th Jan 2012 to request a birthday cake for my daughters tenth party. Even though I made it clear that I was ready to book and pay in advance, they were unable to call me back for two days! I sent text messages asking them to confirm if they could do it. Superb deep tissue massage

I managed to get a stiff neck about a week ago and was unable to get a massage from my regular therapist Gitesh until today. He was able to manipulate deep under my shoulder blades, pinpointing the knots that had caused the neck to seize up. This much should be expected, you go to a physio and you expect a good massage. However, what sets Gitesh apart is his ability to make interesting small talk during the process. He takes genuine interest in what you are doing, what your plans are and will discuss what he is up to too!
